Soft Yolates always starts with breath work that leads into a gently flow to warm up the body and calm the mind. Deep stretches follow that will recharge and remove any stagnated energy from inside of you. We work to loosen up tensions and heaviness in the body and release it. Lastly, we rest and recharge as we allow ourselves to integrate the important work and embrace the quietness. 

Soft Yolates is the perfect option if you have sore muscles, are tired, or are burnt out which happens to us all from time to time. A soft and restorative class will help to give your body what it needs while still moving, nourishing, and soothing your physical self. 

With sessions varying between 10 - 90 minutes you’ll be able to find a moment of peace regardless of how much time you have (or don’t have!).
